Don’t Give Up the Dream! Try This Instead.
When attempting to manifest something that feels BIG ...
Something that you really really really want...
But also, something that your mind keeps telling you is unlikely to happen…
You may be tempted to just give up on your dream.
It might feel too hard, tricky or challenging to try to figure out how something this big and amazing can happen for you right now.
You may be tempted to tell yourself, “someday, what I really want can happen… but, it probably won’t happen today, or even this month.”
But, since the Law of Attraction is always matching your focus, the moment that you decide that the dream isn’t happening…. it stops happening.
Luckily, there’s another option.
You don’t have to totally close the door on your Big Dream.
Instead of slamming the manifesting door shut by deciding that what you want isn’t happening, there’s an easy way to focus your mind that leaves the door to dreams-come-true gently open.
What mindset magically opens the door to manifestation?
Hope.
When tempted to just give up on trying to manifest your dream, choose hope instead.
Instead of telling yourself, “it’s not happening right now,” tell yourself something hopeful like this:
“Maybe my dream is coming true right now.”
“Maybe it really is unfolding and I just can’t see it yet.”
“Maybe things really are working out for me right now.”
“Maybe I’m on the verge of something shifting.”
While giving up by saying “it’s not happening” cuts off the manifesting magic, the soft, simple, gentle focus of hopefulness creates a powerful enough shift in your vibration for manifestation to occur.
Here’s how hope leads to dreams-come-true:
A hopeful vibration is enough to manifest signs and evidence that your dream really IS happening.
The more you pay attention to and acknowledge these signs and evidence, the more of them you’ll create.
The more evidence you discover that your dream really is coming true, the more you’ll naturally move from just hoping to authentically believing that what you want truly IS happening.
The more you believe in it happening, the more natural and normal the dream coming true will begin to feel.
If you keep this up, you'll become more and more comfortable with the vibration of the dream coming true until it becomes the logical, natural, obvious next step for it to manifest into your reality.
How I’m applying this advice
Last week, I mentioned how I’ve set crystal clear intentions for what I want to manifest during September and for the rest of 2020.
A big part of my intentions are to complete some specific business and creative projects.
Because of the way this month has unfolded (I took a spur of the moment road trip to go see the redwoods and then another impromptu 10 day trip to the Oregon coast to escape wildfire smoke) I haven’t had the time and focus to devote to these projects that I’d planned to have at the beginning of the month.
While part of me is tempted to just give up on these September intentions, I’m holding true to what I still want (completing my projects) by leaning into the hope vibration.
Here are some of the things I’m telling myself:
Maybe I don’t need as much time as I thought I did to finish my projects.
Maybe the Universe will support me in having what I truly want more quickly and easily than I’ve been believing. This has happened to me before where things I want have come quickly so it could happen with these intentions too.
Maybe I’ll discover faster, easier ways to create what I want this month.
Top three reasons to choose hope:
It’s easy to hope.
It feels good to hope.
It's very powerful to hope because it gets your energy moving in the direction of your dream!
So, the next time your mind tries to tell you how hard or unlikely it is for your big dream to come true…
The next time you’re tempted to just let it go…
Try being gently hopeful instead. And, allow the manifestation to begin naturally unfolding.
