How to Simplify the Manifesting Journey

Ever feel like it’s too tricky to manifest what you want?

If so, you’re not alone. Many view manifesting as something mysterious or complicated.

But, the manifesting journey can be made super simple when you see it as purely an emotional journey.

Abraham used to use this phrase “emotional journey” a lot. Pondering this part of their teachings really helped me to simplify my thinking about deliberate creation, making it feel much more doable.

I’ll share about this in just a moment.

But first, a few fundamentals...

Manifesting 101 says that in order to create something brand new in our lives, we need to become a vibrational match to it.

And, as anyone can validate through experimentation, our emotions indicate what we’re doing with our vibration. The better we feel about things, the better they tend to work out for us.

So basically, how we feel about a dream indicates our vibration about it.

And, an easy way to understand the journey of manifesting that dream is to simply see it as a journey of deliberately changing how you feel about the dream.

The Emotional Manifesting Journey

The manifesting journey is basically a journey of guiding ourselves from feeling doubtful that we could actually have what we want to feeling so certain about it that we fully expect it to happen.

Feeling this good-feeling confidence in our dream coming true makes us a vibrational match to it. By universal law, it’s then required to manifest.

An Always-Available, Manifesting Guiding Light

When we keep this emotional journey in mind, we’re able to tell at any time during the manifesting process whether we’re moving closer to or further away from our dream-come-true simply by how we currently feel about it.

And, we can use this emotional awareness to tweak our focus. If we start to feel doubt, we can point our focus away from the thoughts that cause doubt and towards the thoughts that cause us to feel hope and belief.

That’s manifesting in a nutshell. You basically just talk yourself into it!

You’ve Already Successfully Navigated this Journey

The best news is that we all already intuitively know how to navigate this emotional manifesting journey.

If you reflect back upon times when you easily manifested a desire, you’ll likely be able to make the connection between how you felt about what you wanted before it happened and the ease with which it manifested.

When something you wanted manifested in an easy and enjoyable manner, you most likely felt positive and good, or at least neutral, about that desire before it became a reality.

You’ll also likely remember that you felt a sense of faith, belief, or positive expectation that you would experience what you wanted to experience before it happened.

You’ve Done It Before and You Can Do It Again

Remembering times like this when you’ve easily and enjoyably manifested your desires can provide a valuable anchor point.

The way that those desires felt before they manifested gives you a big clue as to how you’ll want to guide yourself into feeling about any future dreams that you want to manifest.

Manifesting can be as simple as learning to feel the same way about new dreams that you want to become a reality as you did about past dreams that have already become a reality.
