Ultimate Abraham-Hicks Focus Wheel Tutorial
A few weeks ago, Nick and I drove 5 hours northeast to spend the weekend in Leavenworth, Washington, a Bavarian-styled town in the Cascade Mountains.
All the buildings in Leavenworth have a cute Alpine-style theme.
Even places like Starbucks, Safeway, and McDonalds dress up Bavarian-style on the outside… while looking about the same as they do anywhere else on the inside.
But what made our time in Leavenworth especially adorable was the fact that it was the last weekend of Oktoberfest and many of the people walking around town were dressed up in lederhosen, dirndl, and other Bavarian-style get-ups.
For our first meal in town on Friday evening, we decided to be on-brand as well by treating ourselves to a feast of vegan sausages, a warm pretzel, and a couple of glasses of German craft beer.
But just as I was about to take the first bite of the “beyond” sausage I’d piled high with extra condiments, I noticed out of the corner of my eye that my pretzel was on fire.
You see, the long, rectangular, outdoor bench-style table where we were sitting had a fire pit running down the center.
And this fire pit left little room for our feast. So I’d placed the pretzel a little too close to the flames and now the edge of its paper wrapping was ablaze.
Fortunately, I spotted the flames early and blew out the tiny fire easily. Besides the burned edge of my pretzel paper, no major harm was done.
Why am I sharing my blazing pretzel paper mini-drama with you today?
Because in a similar way as I took care of this micro inferno at an early, easy-to-manage stage, it's also a great idea for us conscious creators to take care of resistance to what we want to manifest when it’s small and easy-to-manage.
Just like with this pretzel fire, subtle negative thoughts are much easier to “put out” than those that have had plenty of time to get a strong momentum going.
Today’s YouTube video covers one of my favorite ways for doing this: Abraham-Hicks' Focus Wheel Process.
Focus Wheels are the fastest and most effective way I know of to authentically change your beliefs. I’ve become pretty obsessed with them lately for exactly that reason.
Instead of using an affirmation and trying to “fake it till you make it” by just repeating a positive belief that you don’t really feel over and over again, you can use a focus wheel to much more quickly transform a negative belief into a positive belief that you’ll truly feel, and therefore truly vibrate and manifest new results from.
It’s some pretty sweet wheelin' and dealin' 😎
And by that I mean…
15-20 minutes of focus wheelin' causes the Universe to start dealin' better-feeling thoughts, sharper insights, magical timing, signs, synchronicities, and a fresh crop of fun, new manifestations.
