3 Ways to Quickly Break Negative Thought Patterns

A couple of weeks ago, Nick brought home an Apple Vision Pro.

I’m probably one of the few people around who didn’t know what that was.

Just in case you’re like me and not hip to the trend, basically, it’s a goggles-like computer that you wear on your head that projects computer and entertainment things into the space all around you.

I couldn’t help but think to myself (and text Madeline, my astro-loving little sis) about the uncanny timing of this new toy. Given all the planets currently piled up in my techy Aquarius 5th house of recreation and fun, this is definitely astrology on-point 🤓

But what does this new Apple Vision Pro have to do with manifesting?

Well, besides transporting me to Haleakala at sunrise or making dinosaurs walk out of the screen and sniff at my face, it provides a good metaphor for how to break negative thought patterns like obsessive thoughts, negative spiraling, or fear storms that can happen when we get seriously emotionally triggered.

You see, it was around the time that Nick brought home the Vision Pro that something really emotionally triggering happened to me.

Without going into too much detail, let’s just say that I manifested the total opposite of what I’d hoped for.

Basically, I failed to take the advice given in my recent video about impatience. 😅

I took action too soon… and a giant backlash was the result.

On the plus side, I’m now 100% sure that the advice I gave in that video is solid. 😆

On the downside, the trauma of the backlash meant that I couldn’t stop thinking negative, painful thoughts about this situation.

And sort of like the Apple Vision Pro totally changes your focus by projecting around you a totally different 3D environment, the only way that I could get my mind to quit spiraling was to get it focused away from the situation and onto a totally different, totally non-triggering topic.

In this case, silent counting.

It turned out that silently counting 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. in various ways was fantastic for breaking the negative thought momentum, raising my vibration, and allowing me to receive new clarity, insight, and healing around this highly troubling topic.

In today’s YouTube video, I’m sharing all about the magic of silent counting, plus two more new tricks I’ve been using lately to quickly break negative thought patterns.

The good news about getting stuck in a negative spiral is that once we make our way back out and back into higher vibrations, we get the benefit of the bounce.

Just like food tastes better when you’ve been hungry, energy alignment feels even sweeter and produces even better results when you’ve spent some time in a very out of alignment vibration.
