How to Release Attachment and Allow Manifestation
It’s become a Memorial Day weekend tradition for Nick and I to eat dinner straight off of some newspaper spread across a picnic table after spending the day hunting for rising pockets of warm air in the mountains.
I know. It sounds weird.
But when our friend, Vince, makes his gigantic batch of seafood boil, his serving method is to dump the giant pot of shrimp, garlic, potatoes, carrots and other veggies onto the newspapered table so that everyone can just easily pick and choose what they want from the feast.
And rising pockets of warm mountain air, aka thermals, are necessary to find if we want our paragliding flights to last longer than about 10 minutes.
But recounting these Memorial Day traditions down in Southern Oregon isn’t really where I wanted to go with this email.
What I wanted to tell you about was the long drive down there.
Why?
Because that 5-hour drive from Beaverton to the Rogue Valley is just about as fun as being at the friendly and adventurous Memorial Day get-together itself.
Why?
Because we always stop in Eugene for the most delicious breakfast at Morning Glory Cafe. They offer a thick slice of freshly baked banana bread as one of the bread options that comes along with your meal. Genius, right? 🤯
It’s so scenic and beautiful to see the terrain change from expansive, open farmland to forested mountains with rocky outcrops. ⛰️
I just love the feeling of being on the road enjoying the sights and the feeling of having somewhere new and fun to go. 🥰
We can have deep conversations and listen to interesting podcasts, audiobooks and get hyped on Abraham-Hicks recordings. ✨
The grand finale of the road-trip journey is a stop at the Medford Food Coop to indulge in a super-fresh salad made with local, farm-grown produce and the most dreamy, delicious tempeh reuben sandwich in existence. 🤤
So what's my point in explaining why the journey to Memorial Day Weekend in Southern Oregon is just as fun as the party itself?
Because it’s the same thing with manifesting.
The manifesting journey can also provide as much pleasure, fun, enjoyment and coolness as the “end state” destination.
Annnnnd making it our goal to max out the fun of the manifesting journey can be the secret to more easily manifesting that "end state" destination.
Win-win, right? 😁
In today’s YouTube video, I’m sharing more about this idea plus 2 other powerful practices for releasing attachment energy (that can seriously block manifestation) and gettting into non-attachment, highly-magnetic-to-what-you-want-to-manifest energy.
I’m also covering the key differences between an attached state and a non-attached state so that you can easily recognize when you’re in one or the other.
(Helpful for us Scorpio moon signs who can maybe have the danger of becoming a bit stubborn and fixated on the manifestation, at times… not that I know anything about that. 😆)
I also provide several personal stories and examples to make it easier to understand and apply what's covered in the video… cause, ya know, as just mentioned, I may have a bit of um personal experience with this.
Ready to release attachment and allow manifestation?
I know I am 😌
