Libra New Moon Manifestation Forecast
I couldn’t help but raise my eyebrows a bit at Nick when he revealed his plans to purchase a brand new iPhone 14 pro.
No, not because I took issue with him splurging on an upgrade… My look of surprise came from the date that this was all set to go down.
September 9th was not just the day that Apple had decided to open new iPhone pre-orders, but it was also the day that Mercury would begin its backwards journey through the sky.
Pretty much every astro-savvy person knows that during a Mercury Retrograde (and especially the exact date that the planet turns backwards!) there’s greater potential for mishaps, mistakes, missed information, and the like… especially in areas that Mercury rules like travel, tech, and communication devices like this new cell phone!
BUT…
It was obvious that Nick felt true inspiration to make the purchase.
So I didn’t advise against it.
However, I did file this little astro-synchronicity in the back of my mind.
It turned out that there definitely was some Mercury Retrograde mischief happening with Nick’s new phone.
More on that in a moment.
But first, we need to talk about Mercury Retrograde.
Because I think many people have the wrong impression about this transit.
Mercury Retrograde is nothing to be feared, it’s actually something to be embraced.
Yes, there could be more tech, travel, communication, and other Mercury-type snafus at this time.
But often, it is by slowing down and tending to the snafus that we’re able to make upgrades, enhancements, and improvements.
So there’s really a positive ultimate end result for the retrograde mischief!
And that’s exactly what seems to be happening over here.
Yes, back to Nick and his new iPhone, which arrived yesterday. So fancy!
But unfortunately, he can’t use it as a phone… for now.
He’s unable to transfer his current cell service to this new phone because the service is through his job. A new personal cell phone plan will need to be purchased.
Meanwhile, ever since we moved to Beaverton just over a year ago, I’ve been annoyed by the fact that the service for my phone is pretty dismal around here.
Getting a new cell plan provider has been on my list of things to do for quite a while. And now that Nick is set on getting a new plan, it's the perfect opportunity for us to get a new family-style cell phone plan together.
And here’s where positive Mercury Retrograde comes into play. After making this change, I should not only have much better service, but it also looks like I’ll be able to get my very own, brand-new iPhone 14 pro for free. *happy dance* 💃🏻✨
As you might have noticed by my recent postings, my YouTube channel has become a main focus. And currently, my phone is basically my entire video production studio!
Every video you’ve seen from me recently was both filmed and edited on my phone.
This new upgrade feels like a manifestation of my intentions to even more easily, efficiently, and optimally create my YouTube videos. Plus, I also think that the higher camera quality on this new device could even inspire me to get back onto Instagram again, which could also be cool for a number of reasons.
Okay, after writing out this kinda long (and hopefully not too boring!) story (you can probably tell I use these posts to sort of organize my thoughts at times), I’m realizing that the positive outcomes from this Mercury Retrograde snafu seem to be weighed more heavily in my direction than Nick’s 🤷🏻♀️
But don’t worry about him… I think he’s going to be happy that I won’t be asking to borrow his phone every five seconds to film my journal scripting videos or take my pendulum-dowsing selfies or indulge whatever other creative impulses may strike.
Anyway…
Where I’m going with all of this is that Mercury Retrograde is just one of the energetic conditions in play for the upcoming Libra New Moon on September 25th.
