Abraham-Hicks Alaska Cruise Vlog

Not trying to brag… but I’ve definitely got a knack for eyeballing baking measurements.

I can scoop a dollip of solid coconut oil into a pot on the stove, and it will melt down to exactly 1/3 cup of liquid - the precise amount I need for banana bread batter.

I’m pretty sure that this random talent has its origin back in architecture design school.

You see, even though this was the early 2000s, and we definitely had design software available, our professors insisted that we do most of our drawings and building models by hand. And so five years of design school meant that my classmates and I ended up doing a TON of hand measuring.

But at no time was this skill more developed than right before one of our big design projects was due.

Even though I worked on my projects steadily in the months before final reviews, inevitably, I’d still end up spending two solid days in the design studio right before the final.

I wasn’t alone in this.  Nearly everyone else was pulling last-minute over-nighters in the studio as well. My friend, Michael, who sat at the desk opposite mine, had an espresso machine right there at his desk so that we could enjoy fancy caffeine at all hours of the day and night.

Was spending two full days working in the design studio with minor rest breaks exhausting?

Yes. Immediately after I finished presenting my project at final reviews I’d go to sleep for 15 hours straight.

Was this time of intense focus and productivity fun?

Also yes. Even though I’d worked steadily on my design projects in the months before the all-nighters, 2 solid days of focus seemed to produce more clarity, insight, and progress than the months of effort that came before.

That’s the power of focus.

When we sustain our attention upon something for an extended period of time, the Law of Attraction sort of kicks into overdrive. Our powerful point of focus attracts more and more to it until we get a really strong manifesting momentum going.

That’s a simple formula for creating something quickly. Spend more time focusing upon it and activating the pure vibration of it, and you will get that extra exponential oomph from the Law of Attraction.

The power of sustained focus was something I recently experienced in a much more cushy and luxurious setting than the design studio… a cruise ship.

Last month saw the manifestation of a long-time dream of mine to attend the Abraham-Hicks’ cruise to Alaska.

And in today’s YouTube video, I’m sharing all about this experience.

Besides whale watching, dogsled riding, salmon donut eating, and other Alaska adventures, I’m also sharing about the impact of spending 12+ hours with Abraham during our live workshop sessions.

It was definitely an example of the power of sustained focus 😊✨
